If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please fill out our return form located on our website. Once your form is received, you will be given an address to where you can send your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless your item(s) was received damaged or was the wrong item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS to send returns. Live, Love, Accessorize! is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
